How Should I Wash My Drip Items?

Wash all items inside-out, in cold water and hang to dry. Most items are 100% cotton and not pre-shrunk.

I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Shipping And Billing Addresses. What’s Going On?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).

 

My Order Won’t Go Through. What Should I Do?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

 

How Do I Modify An Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 48 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.   

 

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

Usually 14 business Days

Most items are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. All items ship from USPS.


Can I Return Or Exchange An Item?

Returns for refund are not available at this time.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Exchanged items must be unworn in new condition accompanied by original packaging. Exchanges will only be authorized after the warehouse has inspected the item(s). Please contact us at ... for return instructions. Once a return is authorized and has been processed, the item(s) must be received within 2 weeks of the date return request was created. Drip is not responsible for processing and exchanging unauthorized return item(s). DO NOT RETURN SHIP ITEM(S) WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

Shipping cost is not refundable. Sender is responsible for return shipping cost.

 

I Have Not Received My Order, What Do I Do?

If your order is significantly past its estimated delivery date please contact us for assistance.

Drip is not responsible for lost or damaged items during delivery. If you would like to report a lost or damaged shipment please contact us with the details.
